About the webshop

The retailer of the products is SYKLI (Org.#: 0681365-1). We sell online course products to organizations and individuals in Finland and the EU. The price quoted in the webshop includes VAT. We reserve the right to change pricing.


The products can be purchased through the webshop cart-function at

All purchases are confirmed with an e-mail stating the price of the product, dispatching cost and ordered products. Getting the e-mail confirmation requires a functioning e-mail address to be entered.

By making the purchase, the buyer accepts the effective terms and conditions.

Order confirmation

We will send an order confirmation containing the following information:

  • List of purchased products
  • Grand total of purchases
  • Tax breakdown

The order confirmation can also be found once the buyer logs into our service.

You will get a payment confirmation from Paytrail Oyj, which also includes the grand total, your purchase ID # and the date. Please contact Paytrail Oyj customer service if you have questions regarding the payment procedure.

Methods of payment

The purchase is paid at the same time as the order. The following payment methods are available:

Online bank payment

Online bank payment is available for the following Finnish banks: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. On your bank statement the receiver of your payment will show as Paytrail Oyj, who will forward the payment to the retailer. In the webshop you will be automatically directed to complete the payment in your online bank.

Credit card payments

Payments with the following credit cards are available: Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard-, Debit MasterCard – and American Express -cards. The webshop utilizes the international authentication services: Verified by Visa -, MasterCard SecureCode – and American Express SafeKey. On your credit card invoice the receiver of the payment will be Paytrail, who will forward the payment to the retailer. The payment is carried out using a protected payment form and the card details are not stored in the webshop system.

Provider of the payment service

Provider of the payment service is Paytrail Oyj, Org.# 2122839-7 in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

Paytrail Oyj is shown on the bank statement or credit card invoice. In cases of reclamation we ask you to primarily contact SYKLI’s customer service:

Dispatching method and time

A profile will automatically be created when making the order and you will receive access to the purchased products immediately. You will receive login details by e-mail. If you did not receive the confirmation e-mail, check your spam folder. If you still have not received them, contact our customer service:

Terms of refund

According to the law of online sales, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase within 14 days of the confirmed order, within certain terms. The consumer does not have the right to cancel the order if the delivery of the digital content has already been started within the 14 day period. The confirmation e-mail with its receipt is the used as the order confirmation.

The user of the course has the right to cancel the order if they have not started the use of the course material (the opening of the course material can be seen in our system). In this case the retailer has the right to keep the cost of the transaction. When the use of the materials has started, the purchase cannot be cancelled.

The retailer is not responsible for the possible incompatibility of the service and the consumer’s device. The digital service is compatible with all current web browsers and requires a computer, smart phone or tablet to function.

When your refund has been accepted, we will send a link via e-mail to add your bank details for the refund. If the purchase has been done by credit card, we will refund the amount to that credit card directly. Refunds will not be issued after 14 days from purchase.


We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions. Before each purchase the buyer must read the most up-to-date terms and conditions.
